Norman Long, the acclaimed Northern Artist, has published a book on tips and techniques for Oil Painting. This book is worth its weight in gold. Norman's phraseology in this book is excellent. He makes something that appears on the surface to be so complicated to do; utterly simple. That's Norman's appeal as a teacher.
